Gibson Innovations is a global powerhouse and holds leading market positions in key categories including audio systems, docking stations, sound bars, headphones and connected audio. In 2014, Gibson Innovations reached out to M2 Marketing & Management to help plan the launch of a new health-focused brand called Trainer utilizing a national direct response television and digital campaign. 

Inspired by the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt, the debut product for the new brand is a fully functional fitness headphone designed specifically to unlock the power of music to help motivate and heighten the user’s workout. The objective for Trainer Headphones was to use direct to consumer marketing to assist in driving brand awareness as well as generate sales revenue prior to a nationwide retail distribution.
